Hollyn Growth Advisors helps businesses grow internationally by offering information on market opportunities and risks, which allows them to make informed choices about hiring and market entry strategies. By understanding the details of each target country, they assist companies in expanding their talent pool, accessing affordable resources, and achieving global growth.

Task

Hollyn Growth Advisors' website needed a redesign to better match what users currently prefer and how the site is presented. The goal was to create a user interface (UI) that looks modern and improves the website's ability to turn visitors into potential clients. The redesign aimed to include features that align with current UI trends and create a user experience that encourages visitors to take action.

The decision to focus on modern UI trends came from analyzing market expectations, ensuring the redesign not only appeals to users visually but also boosts engagement and conversion rates.

Solution

After analysis of current market trends in business constancy domain this is what I identified:

Use of real life imagery that can connect on more personal level rather than illustrative or any other style of images.

A big hero image and a line that can act as a hook to peak the interests of the visitor.

Use of clean bold San-Serif font to give a modern, minimalist, and corporate look.

Leveraging a blue colour palette as blue is a widely recognized colour associated with professionalism and trust.

Incorporating rounded corners for buttons and images because rounded corners can contribute to a more approachable and user-friendly aesthetic.

I chose real-life imagery over illustrations to create an emotional connection, while the clean sans-serif fonts project a corporate yet approachable identity, aligning with the target audience’s expectations of professionalism.

Comparison

The current design face issues such as a lack of clear hierarchy, cluttered visuals, and unbalanced and non-responsive layout, hindering effective communication of Hollyn Growth Advisors' services. The revamped website improves user experience with a prominent hero section, strategic logo placement to build trust, and a clear two-column layout with relevant images and concise content. Call-to-action buttons to ensure seamless navigation and a 12-column grid for responsiveness across devices.

Proposed Design

The current design does not have a clear information structure, which makes it hard to navigate. The inconsistent visuals, with conflicting color schemes and different illustration styles, create a messy and confusing look. Also, the lack of a defined layout grid results in an unbalanced and non-responsive design, which makes it difficult for the website to showcase Hollyn Growth Advisors' expertise and services effectively.

By establishing a clear information hierarchy, I ensured that the layout is intuitive, allowing users to find key information effortlessly, contributing to a more effective user journey.

Conclusion

The redesigned website focuses on user experience by providing clear explanations of services and an easy-to-use layout, making it simple for visitors to find the information they need. Attractive images and graphics boost engagement and strengthen the brand identity, resulting in a user-friendly design that clearly communicates Hollyn Growth Advisors' value and encourages positive experiences that lead to more conversions.

From selecting colors to arranging the layout, every design decision was intentionally made to improve the user experience, instill trust, and showcase expertise, all while boosting business conversions.
